Ben joined the family business in 2014 as a driver and now drives business development as the Sales & Operations Director.
Nikki Rogers
Managing Director
Nikki set up AA Salt in 2002 and has steadily grown the business to where it is today. The company is now the predominant independent gritting contractor in its region with a number of awards to its name in recent years.
Mark Rogers
Director
Mark worked as an insurance underwriter for 20 years before joining AA Salt. He now looks after Health & Safety and the business IT systems.
Laura Sheppard
Business Development Manager
Laura joined AA Salt as a driver in 2021, in 2023 she joined us permanently as Business Development Manager. With a background in sales and transport, Laura brings great customer service, knowledge and enthusiasm to the team.
Steph Hill
Office Support & Personal Assistant
Steph has been supporting the business since 2020 and has now joined us on a permanent basis. Her background as a Personal Assistant is invaluable to assist Ben and Lee.
